Jaylon Johnson credits his college position coach, Sharrief Shah, as the most influential person in his life outside of his immediate family.
Shah is a successful attorney in Salt Lake City. He also gained notoriety recently as the husband of Jen Shah, one of the stars of Bravo's "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City."
Johnson says he and Shah gravitated toward each other when they first met. Shah was more than just a coach to Johnson. He was a mentor and an uncle figure who taught him how to be a man.

Johnson says he was there when Shah and his wife Jen first started filming "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City." Shah was initially reluctant to be on the show, but he agreed to do it because it made his wife happy.
Johnson is grateful for the impact Shah has had on his life. He says Shah has taught him the importance of education, hard work, and perseverance. He also says Shah has helped him to become a better man.
